Unknown Latin American Soldiers and U.S. Marine Corps, c. 1914.

These soldiers in white uniforms have a Mexican appearance, and the U.S. Marine Corps captain in the background makes me suspect Vera Cruz in 1914, but that is just a supposition. The scene could be somewhere else in Central America. Notice the men's white uniforms are not identical. Also, one has a white cover to his visor while the other does not. Lastly, the man on the left appears to have a cockade roundel in national colors on his hat, while his companion has a larger round metal badge.
